Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at usamamajeedgmail.com@gmail.com before sending the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, and certain personal care or hazardous items are non-returnable. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process it.
